• Hands-on treatment if needed (pelvic floor muscle assessment, pelvic girdle pain, SI, low back, etc.)
• Personalized birth prep exercise plan

Postpartum Recovery Session

60-75 minute, in-home: $180

• Pelvic floor check, scar tissue mobilization if needed (perineal or C-section)
• Core connection + safe return to movement / exercise
• Screening for diastasis, prolapse, incontinence
• Tips on healing timelines, safe exercises, ergonomics for feeding / lifting baby
• The Fourth Trimester Tote including essential postpartum pelvic floor care and wellness items

Prenatal & Postpartum Core Package

1 prenatal and 2 postpartum visits, in-home: $510
